Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return Email us at your store contact email with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
